Ingredients

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes, as needed

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee ahead of time and let it chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Add chilled coffee, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, milk, and vanilla to a blender.
