Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a skillet over medium heat until just set.
Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
Layer scrambled eggs, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese over the buns.
Place the top halves of the buns over the layers.
Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the tops of the sliders.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
