In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, sugar, black pepper, and green onions.
Fold in the chopped crab meat until evenly combined.
Place about 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold into a triangle, and press to seal. Make sure no air is trapped inside.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Fry rangoons in batches for 2–3 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet and sour sauce or your favorite dip.
