In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
Add the chicken to the same skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Push the chicken to one side of the skillet and melt the butter. Pour in the cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Add the gnocchi and bring to a gentle simmer. Cook uncovered for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the gnocchi is tender and the sauce thickens.
Stir in the parmesan cheese, spinach, and cooked bacon. Cook for another 2 minutes until the spinach wilts.
Remove from heat and serve warm.
