Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy Alfredo sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
