Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and oregano. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in orzo and let cook until al dente, about 10 minutes.
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until cooked through.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
