Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
Add spinach and let it wilt into the sauce.
Flake the cooked salmon and return it to the skillet, along with the cooked pasta.
Toss everything together, adding lemon zest, red pepper flakes (if using), and additional seasoning as needed.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
