Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in sundried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Cook for another minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
Add cooked gnocchi to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
