Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and seasonings.
  2. Add the eggs and mix until well combined.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Form small patties from the mixture and place them in the skillet.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from heat and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
