Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. In a bowl, mix buttermilk with salt and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture until fully coated.
  5. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 4 minutes per side.
  6. In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, mayonnaise, and lemon juice.
  7. Toast the brioche buns lightly.
  8. Assemble the sandwich: Spread Caesar dressing mixture on the buns, place crispy chicken, top with shredded lettuce and Parmesan cheese.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
