Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to create taco shells. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
In a skillet over medium heat, combine shredded chicken, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground ginger, and minced garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Remove wonton shells from the oven and let cool slightly.
Fill each wonton taco shell with the chicken mixture.
Top with shredded lettuce, carrots, cilantro, green onions, and crispy chow mein noodles.
Drizzle with sweet chili sauce and serve immediately.
