Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes, cut into thin fries
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: ranch or marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toss the cut potatoes in olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread fries in a single layer on the baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  4. In a small pan, melt butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
  5. Remove fries from the oven, place them in a large mixing bowl, and toss with garlic butter, Parmesan, and parsley.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
