Place the chuck roast into the bottom of your crockpot.
Sprinkle the brown gravy mix, ranch seasoning mix, and Italian dressing mix evenly over the roast.
Add water, pepperoncini juice, and pepperoncini peppers around the meat.
Top with baby carrots and baby potatoes.
Place butter on top of the roast.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours, or until the roast is fork-tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
Shred the roast with two forks, serve hot with the veggies and pan juices.
