Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, sliced into small pieces
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the steak bites for 1-2 minutes just until browned (do not cook through).
  3. Transfer steak bites to the crockpot.
  4. Add minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper over the steak.
  5. Toss gently to coat the steak evenly with seasonings.
  6. Dot the top with butter slices.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until tender.
  8. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving if desired.
