Ingredients

  • 1 liter full cream milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cadbury Dairy Milk (grated or melted)
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring the milk to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Add lemon juice and stir gently until the milk curdles and forms chenna (paneer).
  3. Drain the whey using a muslin cloth and rinse the chenna under cold water.
  4. Squeeze out excess water and knead the chenna until smooth.
  5. Mix in powdered sugar and cardamom powder, then knead again.
  6. Shape the mixture into small discs or desired shapes.
  7. Top each piece with melted or grated Cadbury Dairy Milk and pistachios.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
