Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan to form a crust.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut evenly over the crust.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the coconut layer.
Top with white chocolate chips and sprinkle with chopped pecans (if using) and a pinch of salt.
Bake for 22–25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
Allow bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
