Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for about 10 seconds per side.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and evenly distribute the beef, rice, beans, cheese, and salsa.
  5. Fold the sides in, then roll the burrito tightly from the bottom up.
  6. Serve immediately with sour cream, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
