Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes of Jello (any flavor you like)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup vodka
  • Plastic Easter eggs, washed and dried
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Lightly spray the inside of clean plastic Easter eggs with nonstick spray and close them tightly.
  2. Place the eggs upright in a muffin tin or egg carton to stabilize them.
  3. In a large bowl, mix Jello and boiling water until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in cold water and vodka until well combined.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into each Easter egg using a funnel or measuring cup with a spout.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
  7. Once set, gently open the eggs and remove the Jello shots. Serve chilled.
