Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels and place it on a plate.
Rub the pork all over with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together all the seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, and ground mustard.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the pork tenderloin.
Place the pork in the air fryer basket and cook for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Use a meat thermometer to ensure internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
