Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, cook ground sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and well-drained Rotel until thoroughly mixed.
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a heaping spoonful of the sausage mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up each triangle starting at the wide end and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12–14 minutes or until golden brown.
