Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and sliced into 8 wedges
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Optional: chopped pecans, caramel sauce for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Separate crescent roll dough into triangles.
  4. Brush each triangle with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Place an apple slice at the wide end of each triangle and roll it up.
  6. Place on the baking sheet, brush tops with more butter, and sprinkle remaining cinnamon-sugar on top.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm, optionally topped with pecans and caramel drizzle.
