Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss well to coat with sauce.
Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
