Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pretzels
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and lay them on a cutting board.
  2. Spread an even layer of peanut butter over the entire surface of each banana.
  3. Roll the bananas in your choice of toppings: crushed pretzels, granola, chocolate chips, or coconut.
