Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 pound pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the egg white and water until frothy.
  4. Add the pecans to the egg white mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the pecans and stir until fully coated.
  6. Spread the pecans out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes for even baking.
  8. Let cool completely before serving or storing.
