In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, apple cider, and caramel vodka.
Add the diced apples and pear. Stir gently to combine.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to chill and allow the flavors to blend.
To serve, drizzle caramel sauce inside the serving glasses if desired.
