Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8-10 slices of pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat the waffle maker and grease it lightly.
  2. In a bowl, mix mozzarella cheese, egg, baking powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the waffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chaffle and repeat with the remaining batter.
  5. Spread pizza sauce over the cooked chaffles and top with shredded cheddar cheese and pepperoni.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious low-carb chaffle pizza!
