Ingredients

  • 1 roll of crescent dough sheet
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the crescent dough sheet onto a clean surface.
  3. Brush the melted butter evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle minced garlic, chopped parsley, mozzarella, and parmesan cheese over the dough.
  5. Carefully roll up the dough tightly, then slice into 8 even pieces.
  6. Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet, cut side up.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm as a delicious side or appetizer.
