Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the avocado mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
  3. Add shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and lettuce on top.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them in half.
  5. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a grab-and-go meal.
