Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Separate crescent rolls into triangles. Spoon chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
Place each roll in the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour over the rolls.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
