Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (such as penne or elbow macaroni)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Add cooked pasta and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until combined.
  6. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
