Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of cookie dough and roll into balls. Flatten slightly and place them on the baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and let cool completely.
Melt the chocolate wafers according to the package directions.
Dip each cookie halfway into the melted chocolate and place them back on parchment paper.
Immediately press a chocolate-covered caramel candy in the center of the dipped area and add three chocolate chips above it to resemble a bear paw.
Let the chocolate set completely before serving or storing.
