Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, remove from heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool completely, then peel.
  3. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks into a bowl.
  4. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and serve chilled.
