Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 bag (14 oz) coleslaw mix
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: sriracha or chili flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  2. Stir in garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the coleslaw mix and stir to combine.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well and cook for 4-5 minutes until veggies soften.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional sriracha.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
