Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, raspberries)
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk or water (optional, to thin the yogurt if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  2. If your yogurt is too thick, add a splash of milk or water to reach a pourable consistency.
  3. Chop the fruit into small, bite-sized pieces.
  4. Layer spoonfuls of yogurt and pieces of fruit into popsicle molds, alternating as you go.
  5. Tap the molds on the counter to remove any air pockets and insert popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or overnight until fully set.
  7. To release, briefly run the molds under warm water and gently remove the popsicles.
