In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and sugar.
Pour in warm water and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour until doubled.
Divide dough into 6 pieces and roll each into a circle.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each flatbread 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
Brush with melted butter mixed with minced garlic.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
