Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Extra olive oil and rosemary for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  3. Add the flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough evenly among the muffin tin cups.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with additional rosemary.
  7. Let the dough rise for about 15 minutes in a warm spot.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool slightly before removing from the tin. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
