Pat the pickles dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Spread about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese evenly over each slice of ham.
Place a pickle at one end of the ham slice and roll it up tightly.
Repeat with all the ham slices.
Chill the rolls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for easier slicing.
Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces and serve chilled.
