Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup fruit or vegetable puree (e.g., strawberry, carrot, blueberry, spinach)
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup 100% fruit juice (apple, white grape, or similar)
  • 4 tablespoons gelatin powder (unflavored)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the fruit/vegetable puree, applesauce, and juice over medium heat.
  2. Stir until well blended and warm but not boiling.
  3. Gradually whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved and the mixture becomes smooth.
  4. Pour into silicone molds or a parchment-lined baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from molds or cut into bite-sized squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
