Preheat the oven to 325°F and line a roasting pan with foil.
Place the ham cut-side down in the pan and cover tightly with foil.
Bake for 90 minutes or until heated through, depending on ham size.
While the ham bakes, combine honey, brown sugar, orange juice, mustard, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a saucepan.
Simmer glaze over medium heat until slightly thickened, about 5–7 minutes.
Remove ham from the oven, discard foil, and brush generously with glaze.
Return ham to the oven uncovered for another 15–20 minutes, brushing with additional glaze every 5 minutes.
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
