Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Sliced olives

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough.
  3. Divide dough into small balls and roll each out into a circle.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry each piece until golden and puffed.
  5. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned, then add taco seasoning.
  6. Top each piece of fry bread with seasoned beef and your favorite taco toppings.
