Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
Place the bottom half in a baking dish and spread with mayonnaise.
Layer with ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese, and banana peppers.
Cover with the top half of the rolls.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan, garlic powder, and parsley.
Brush the butter mixture over the top of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
