Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the dip.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
