Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 4 oz diced jalapeños (fresh or canned)
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped green onions or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle evenly over the dip.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
