Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place cod fillets in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
