Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz whiskey
  • 1 oz limoncello
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice or cherry, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add whiskey, limoncello, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  5. Garnish with a lemon slice or cherry and serve immediately.

Notes

For a frothy version, add a dash of egg white and dry shake before serving. Always use fresh lemon juice for best results.
