Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or filtered water
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Juice from 1 lime (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mango chunks, yogurt, coconut water, honey (if using), and lime juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 6 hours or until fully set.
  4. To release, run warm water over the molds for 10–20 seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
