In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Add the ranch mix, au jus mix, pepperoncini peppers, pepperoncini juice, and beef broth to the skillet.
Stir well to combine. Top with butter and cover.
Simmer on low for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite side.
