In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
Drain any excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the nacho cheese sauce and tortillas separately.
Assemble each wrap: spread nacho cheese on the tortilla, add seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese, and crushed chips.
Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll it up tightly. Serve warm.
