In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the nacho cheese sauce in a small saucepan or microwave until pourable.
Lay out each tortilla and spread a spoonful of nacho cheese in the center.
Top with seasoned beef, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and additional cheese if desired.
Roll up each tortilla tightly into a burrito. Serve warm.
