Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Nutella spread
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add Nutella and beat until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined and fluffy.
  6. Spread the filling evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
