Stir in the peanut butter until smooth and well combined.
Add the Rice Krispies cereal and mix until evenly coated.
Press the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal layer and spread evenly.
Allow to cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set before cutting into squares.
